About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics and digital healthcare solutions, with Indian operations across manufacturing, R&D, sales and service. The Senior Legal Counsel will lead legal support across commercial, disputes, governance and regulatory matters while developing the legal team.
What you'll do
- Lead legal support for sales, tenders, service and channel partner agreements
- Manage litigation, arbitration, panel counsel and internal investigations
- Advise entity boards and oversee governance, inter-company arrangements and compliance
- Provide counsel on healthcare, corporate, trade and employment regulations
- Lead anti-bribery and healthcare professional compliance programmes
- Build and mentor the legal team
