About the role
Aivar Innovations builds governed, production-grade agentic AI systems, and Kubogent provides an ML platform for Kubernetes environments. You will develop model training, fine-tuning, inference, evaluation, and MLOps workflows as repeatable platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Build reusable model training and fine-tuning workflows
- Design training-job abstractions for datasets, models, compute, and outputs
- Develop model inference workflows and improve runtime performance
- Prepare datasets and build reproducible preprocessing pipelines
- Implement MLOps pipelines for tracking, evaluation, deployment, and rollback
- Create model evaluation metrics, benchmarks, and regression checks
