About the role
CREW is Swiggy's premium travel concierge, combining travel services with human support and AI-assisted operations. This manager will lead trip delivery teams, improve operational playbooks, manage vendors and resolve customer travel issues.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end trip delivery with hotels, DMCs and transport partners
- Lead Team Leads and Crew Captains against GMV, conversion and NPS targets
- Build and refine SOPs across travel services
- Manage shifts, task distribution and workload balancing
- Resolve escalations and prevent recurring service failures
- Partner with product and engineering to automate manual operations
