About the role
Manhattan Associates provides supply chain and commerce technology connecting consumers, warehouses, roads, and stores. This role improves engineering measurement, software delivery flow, quality, productivity, and technical-debt management across teams.
What you'll do
- Establish cross-team engineering baselines, metrics, scorecards, and dashboards
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and lead targeted improvement interventions
- Improve SDLC workflows, ownership models, quality gates, and handoffs
- Improve visibility into engineering capacity, commitments, and technical debt
- Partner with teams to strengthen CI/CD, DevSecOps, and engineering standards
- Guide quality engineering, test automation, and risk-based validation
