• Record cash remittance details from the sales force
• Apply ACH, wire and lockbox payments and track exceptions
• Process credit memos for fees, write-offs and tax credits
• Follow up with customers and project teams to resolve unapplied cash
• Update payment trackers and sales logs
• Prepare monthly payment summaries and cash review reports
