About the role
Manhattan Associates provides supply chain commerce technology connecting consumers, warehouses, roads and stores. You will support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, manage identity and access services, and resolve IT incidents.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows server and desktop environments
- Manage Azure AD, hybrid identity and synchronization issues
- Support Microsoft 365 services and end-user applications
- Handle user provisioning, access control and incident resolution
- Monitor system health and support patching and compliance activities
- Coordinate issue resolution with IT teams and vendors
