About the role
Teachmint provides classroom technology hardware and software to educators and institutions. This manager will lead manufacturing quality, localization, and after-sales service across partner factories and service centres.
What you'll do
- Audit and qualify supplier factories against quality standards
- Own product BOMs, SOPs, and inspection processes
- Drive factory corrective actions based on field failure analysis
- Manage partner service centre workflows, service levels, and performance
- Lead a team across manufacturing operations and field services
- Improve quality and service operations across factories and service centres
