About the role
Teachmint provides AI-powered education technology, connected classroom software and smart hardware. The associate will coordinate Interactive Intelligent Panel installations, partners, customers and internal teams to meet timelines and service standards.
What you'll do
- Schedule daily installations and allocate service partners
- Confirm site readiness and installation timelines with customers
- Monitor installation progress and SLA adherence
- Resolve installation-related customer and partner escalations
- Track installation metrics and maintain operational dashboards
- Improve processes to increase installation efficiency
