About the role
Teachmint provides IFPDs and related hardware products. This role manages L3 repairs, service center performance, component recovery, inventory, and repair reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage L3 repair activities across service centers and repair partners
- Monitor repair turnaround, SLA adherence, and first-time-right outcomes
- Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring failures
- Manage cannibalization, component recovery, swaps, and refurbishment
- Track repair inventory, spare parts, and component-level traceability
- Maintain dashboards on repair performance and service center health
