About the role
Johnson Controls coordinates commercial pipeline management across APAC markets. This person analyzes pipeline and quota performance, aligns market leaders on corrective actions, and embeds regional governance and coaching practices.
What you'll do
- Analyze regional pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, and quality
- Facilitate pipeline reviews with market general managers
- Track quota attainment and corrective actions by market and seller
- Identify productivity constraints and mitigate attainment risks
- Deploy pipeline governance and review standards across APAC
- Partner with L&D to coach sales leaders
