About the role
Cyderes provides managed cybersecurity services, identity and access management, and security platforms for organizations. The Platform Operations Manager will lead a Bengaluru team operating security and infrastructure platforms and improve their reliability, automation, and processes.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop platform engineers and administrators
- Maintain availability, performance, and capacity across security platforms
- Establish incident, change, patching, and platform lifecycle processes
- Coordinate escalations with security, engineering, and client delivery teams
- Plan team capacity, staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance management
- Track operational metrics and report platform health to senior leadership
