About the role
Cyderes provides identity and access management, exposure management, and managed detection and response services. You will support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud operations, resolve complex incidents, and improve service delivery for customers.
What you'll do
- Provide L2 and L3 operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, connectors, and platform issues
- Configure connectors, workflows, transforms, rules, and lifecycle events
- Support application onboarding, provisioning, access requests, and certifications
- Lead customer technical discussions and provide service updates
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
