About the role
Cyderes provides identity and access management, exposure management, and managed detection and response services. You will operate and maintain clients’ CyberArk environments, implement technical solutions, and troubleshoot privileged access systems.
What you'll do
- Operate CyberArk systems and complete service requests within SLAs
- Implement technical solutions according to agreed designs
- Troubleshoot CyberArk Core PAS modules and related systems
- Support CyberArk upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery drills
- Contribute to customer requirements and support documentation
