About the role
Dover is a global manufacturer of equipment, components, software and support services across multiple industrial segments. This engineer will program and optimize CNC machining processes and validate programs for precision metal components.
What you'll do
- Develop CAM programs for multi-axis milling, turning and Millturn centers
- Optimize machining cycle times, tool paths and cutting parameters
- Select materials, fixtures, tools and machining sequences
- Validate machine setups and programs in digital twin environments
- Develop and edit postprocessors for software and machine controller combinations
