About the role
Dover manufactures industrial equipment, components, specialty systems, software and digital solutions across multiple markets. The Technical Specialist will lead frontend application design and implementation, set engineering practices, and guide developers while improving performance and quality.
What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise web applications using Angular and React
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Mentor frontend developers through code reviews and technical discussions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership
- Coordinate with product, UX, backend, QA, and DevOps teams
