Senior Package Layout Engineer - Hardware

NVIDIA develops GPUs and systems-on-chip for computing and graphics applications. You will design and optimize IC substrate layouts, package routing, pinouts, and related design libraries for NVIDIA products.

• Implement high-speed, high-density ASIC package layouts
• Create substrate breakout patterns for ASIC packages
• Optimize package pinouts using system-level trade-offs
• Perform package routing, placement, stack-up, and power distribution
• Evaluate package feasibility for size, cost, and system performance
• Develop CAD library databases and improve layout methodologies
