• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions and ensure infrastructure readiness
• Translate application and business needs into infrastructure designs
• Create technical architecture documents, logical flows and infrastructure diagrams
• Design and support web servers, load balancers, firewalls and networking
• Define high availability, failover, disaster recovery and routing strategies
• Troubleshoot infrastructure availability, capacity, performance and architecture issues
