Senior platform Support Engineer

Saviynt provides an AI-powered identity platform that governs access to applications, data, and business processes. You will monitor and troubleshoot its cloud platform, resolve incidents, and improve operational reliability.

• Monitor SaaS applications and cloud infrastructure for alerts and performance issues
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, application, database, and network issues
• Manage alerts, incidents, and service requests through their lifecycle
• Investigate application performance issues and collaborate on root-cause fixes
• Develop operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• Coordinate maintenance and participate in on-call escalations
