About the role
Winfo Solutions delivers Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations for business clients. This consultant will lead functional design and configuration, manage implementation milestones, and serve as a functional contact for clients and teams.
What you'll do
- Lead functional design and delivery across Oracle HCM modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations
- Configure Core HR, absence plans, and talent processes
- Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and reporting
- Mentor junior consultants and support best-practice delivery
