About the role
DrinkPrime provides IoT-enabled water purifiers through a subscription business. You will map operational workflows and shape internal systems, requirements, and adoption across business teams.
What you'll do
- Map workflows across finance, production, inventory, procurement, warehousing, and operations
- Identify process gaps causing mismatches, manual work, delays, and duplication
- Design workflows, business rules, approval flows, and exception handling
- Define source-of-truth logic for operational and financial data
- Own the internal business systems roadmap and prioritise product requirements
- Support workflow rollout and track process and data quality
