About the role
DrinkPrime sells water purifiers through a general trade retail network. The City Head will expand the network, drive sell-out and lead ASMs, distributors and field execution across the city.
What you'll do
- Expand distribution by identifying and onboarding retailers
- Develop plans to increase retail sales and product offtake
- Lead, coach and manage a team of ASMs
- Coordinate with distributors on stock and replenishment
- Plan territory targets and monitor sales performance metrics
- Improve product availability, visibility and trade-promotion execution
