About the role
Roche develops medicines and diagnostics to address diseases and improve access to healthcare. The Territory Manager will drive retail promotion and pharmaceutical sales, support healthcare professionals, manage distribution, and execute territory plans in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Build pharmacy and retail partner relationships to grow OTC and OTX sales
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Plan territory demand and distributor inventory with the Area Sales Manager
- Execute retail promotion, merchandising, and field activation plans
- Monitor distributor performance, stock availability, and monthly collections
- Track competitor activity, customer concerns, sales, and field visits
