About the role
Niyo Forex provides foreign exchange, remittance, and related financial services through branches and delivery. The branch manager leads staff and oversees forex sales, cash operations, compliance, customer service, and branch profitability.
What you'll do
- Oversee currency transactions, cash reconciliation, vaults, and inventory
- Monitor cash orders and customer delivery timelines
- Ensure AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance
- Drive sales targets and promote related services
- Manage branch staff, schedules, training, and performance
- Prepare transaction, cash position, profit, and audit reports
