About the role
NiyoForex provides foreign currency services, including cash delivery, remittances and travel-related financial products. You will collect customer documents, fulfil pre-booked forex cash orders and support service and cross-selling activities.

- Fulfil pre-booked forex cash delivery leads
- Collect and verify documents before handing over forex cash
- Explain forex services and related products to customers
- Maintain customer relationships and support smooth service delivery
