About the role
Okta provides identity security and provisioning infrastructure for organizations. This analyst will manage complex customer provisioning, resolve escalations, audit reconciliation reports, and improve operational workflows.
What you'll do
- Execute complex customer provisioning and deprovisioning cases
- Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 provisioning issues and technical escalations
- Prepare and audit revenue and license reconciliation reports
- Analyze data variances and identify root causes
- Improve provisioning workflows and document standard procedures
- Mentor junior analysts and share operational knowledge
