About the role
Ping Identity provides a cloud identity platform for secure digital experiences and identity access management. The Senior QA Engineer will automate API, backend, and UI testing, integrate tests into CI/CD, and guide quality practices across the team.
What you'll do
- Develop end-to-end test plans and ensure thorough test coverage
- Build automation frameworks and scripts for API, backend, and UI testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect triage
- Mentor junior team members and promote QA best practices
- Drive quality improvement and risk mitigation across projects
