About the role
Ping Identity provides a cloud identity platform and is developing enterprise AI governance capabilities. You will build QA automation and AI-driven testing for identity governance, AI agents, APIs, workflows, and integrations.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks for identity governance capabilities
- Build AI-driven tools for test generation, coverage, and failure analysis
- Validate AI agents, APIs, workflows, integrations, and end-to-end scenarios
- Analyze defects and collaborate with Engineering on root-cause verification
- Test logging, metrics, monitoring, security, and operational reliability
- Replace manual testing with scalable automation and regression coverage
