Senior Quantity Surveyor- Civil (Pre Contract)

Egis provides architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services. This role prepares pre-contract cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities and tender submissions for GCC building and infrastructure projects.

• Review design drawings, specifications and scope documents
• Perform quantity take-offs across design and tender stages
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Support tender submissions, rate build-ups and contract documents
• Research UAE material, labour and subcontractor rates
• Assess commercial risks and identify value engineering opportunities
