About the role
Ensono provides technology consulting and managed services for clients' mission-critical systems and digital transformation. The ServiceNow ITOM Event Management specialist will design, implement, and optimize event monitoring, alerting, and remediation solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain ServiceNow Event Management solutions
- Configure event rules, alert correlation, and alert management workflows
- Integrate third-party monitoring platforms with ServiceNow
- Build dashboards, health metrics, and operational reports
- Troubleshoot event processing and alert generation issues
- Implement automated remediation workflows
