About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies delivers engineering, IT and business solutions as part of the Bosch group. This engineer will develop and maintain Linux-based industrial edge platforms, gateways and services that connect devices using industrial protocols.

What you'll do

Design and evolve Linux OS platform capabilities using C++
Package and deploy software in Docker containers
Build gateways and edge services for industrial devices
Integrate and troubleshoot MQTT, Modbus, BACnet and OPC UA communications
Diagnose production issues across applications, operating systems, containers and networks
Define architecture decisions, interfaces and technical guidance
