Senior Software Engineer - Performance Testing & Automation

Algoshack delivers project-based technology work. The performance tester will design and run performance tests, build automation scripts, analyze bottlenecks and support performance improvements.

• Design and execute load, stress, spike and endurance tests using JMeter
• Analyze test results and recommend performance improvements
• Create and maintain Playwright and Selenium automation scripts
• Identify and report application performance bottlenecks
• Use monitoring and debugging tools to diagnose cross-layer issues
• Prepare test plans, execution reports and performance dashboards
