About the role
The Human Resources team manages employee programs and HR operations. This HR Executive will support performance management, employee relations, HR processes, benefits, and people development.
What you'll do
- Drive performance reviews, appraisals, and probation processes
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Administer HRMS workflows and employee insurance programs
- Use AI-enabled tools to support HR operations and analyze people data
