• Define research direction for medical imaging, Physical AI and multimodal AI
• Develop detection, segmentation, classification and quantitative imaging solutions
• Partner with clinicians to translate research into clinical AI solutions
• Design datasets and evaluation strategies for variability and data quality
• Guide scientists and advise engineering and MLOps teams
• Publish research and contribute to high-impact intellectual property
