About the role
Bloom Energy develops energy products that require transfer from design into mass manufacturing. This engineer will lead NPI readiness, manufacturing transfer, documentation and cross-functional issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Lead NPI processes for new product development
- Transfer new products from design to mass manufacturing
- Drive manufacturing, material and test readiness at contract manufacturers
- Conduct DFx reviews and assess process capability
- Maintain product bills of materials and develop assembly instructions
- Implement engineering changes and deviations across manufacturing and vendors
