Bloom Energy develops fuel cell energy systems. The Senior Staff Engineer will qualify suppliers, audit manufacturing processes and improve supplier and product quality.

• Lead supplier selection, evaluation and development
• Assess production capability through PPAP and review supplier quality submissions
• Audit supplier facilities and manage process changes
• Drive design and process failure analysis and corrective actions
• Lead 8D investigations for complaints and field failures
• Improve supplier processes using quality tools and continuous improvement
