About the role
Bloom Energy develops energy products that are transferred into mass manufacturing. The Staff NPI Engineer will manage product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and production issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Lead new product introduction and sustenance management
- Transfer new products from design to mass manufacturing
- Conduct DFM and DFT reviews with engineering
- Create and maintain product bills of materials and manufacturing documentation
- Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
- Implement engineering changes and resolve contract manufacturer queries
