About the role
Bloom Energy develops solid oxide fuel-cell technology for electricity and hydrogen production. You will prepare SEC filings and financial reports, support accounting research and audits, and manage financial data in the filing tool.
What you'll do
- Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings and earnings release materials
- Coordinate reporting calendars and disclosure information across accounting and finance teams
- Manage financial data flow into Workiva and maintain filing checklists
- Research accounting issues and assess new accounting pronouncements
- Prepare financial statements and reconcile net income to EBITDA
- Support auditors and prepare Audit Committee presentations
