About the role
Bread Financial provides payment, lending and savings products, including co-brand and private-label credit cards, to consumers and businesses. This engineer will architect and deliver full-stack financial technology systems and guide adoption of agentic AI and other emerging technologies.
What you'll do
- Architect and deliver scalable financial technology solutions
- Lead full-stack development across the software lifecycle
- Set coding standards, testing protocols and automation strategies
- Improve system performance and resolve high-impact issues
- Develop UI/UX enhancements using user feedback
- Mentor engineers and advise product, business and engineering teams
