About the role

What you'll do
- Design and deploy solutions across customer and production cloud environments
- Build and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code
- Automate production support and incident management for cloud services
- Define service objectives and improve availability, latency, and observability
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems
- Develop automation and production tooling in Python or Go
