About the role
Rentokil PCI provides pest control services across India. The Service Planner schedules technician visits, tracks service delivery and productivity, maintains accurate records, and coordinates operational issues.
What you'll do
- Organise service schedules for technicians across contracts, renewals, and complaints
- Prioritise visits to reduce backlogs and meet on-time delivery targets
- Track technician productivity, efficiency, and service delivery KPIs
- Maintain service data, documentation, and regular operational reports
- Coordinate technician routing and schedule changes with Sales and Operations
- Escalate unresolved issues and help ensure continuity during leave
