About the role
Rentokil Initial Hygiene provides washroom hygiene products and services to businesses. The Inside Sales Executive will prospect, sell hygiene solutions, acquire customers, and maintain client relationships and sales reports.
What you'll do
- Present and sell hygiene products and services to prospective clients
- Conduct needs and cost-benefit analyses to recommend suitable solutions
- Generate prospects through cold calling, online research, and inbound leads
- Negotiate pricing and guide clients through the purchasing process
- Maintain client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track sales performance and support debt collection efforts
