Customer Experience Executive (B2B) - Bangalore North

Rentokil PCI provides pest control services to commercial clients across India. The Customer Experience Executive will manage renewals, retention, complaints, account reviews, and service issues while identifying sales opportunities.

• Drive client retention through renewals, price increases, and upselling
• Submit renewal quotations and implement approved price increases
• Register and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times
• Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate retention strategies with branch teams
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and share service improvement recommendations
• Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables and payment collections
