About the role
The role focuses on enterprise ServiceNow implementations across multiple platform modules. You will assess in-flight programs, refine architecture and integrations, and define remediation plans.
What you'll do
- Review in-flight ServiceNow programs, architecture, data models and backlogs
- Validate end-to-end designs for business outcomes, security and scalability
- Identify solution gaps, technical debt and configuration risks
- Oversee architecture across ServiceNow enterprise modules
- Refine integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub and connectors
- Lead technical workshops with architecture and delivery teams
