About the role
3M develops products and solutions across industries. The SIBG Commercialization Leader will manage new product and commercialization projects from ideation through launch, coordinating teams, reviews, strategy, risks, and performance tracking.
What you'll do
- Manage new product introduction projects from ideation through commercialization
- Organize gate reviews and prepare required project deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across research, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Analyze market, technology, customer, and competitive trends
- Develop commercialization strategies and mitigation plans
- Track project performance and document summaries in the GROW database
