About the role
Cisco Meraki provides a platform for managing IT infrastructure, and the Mars team brings Meraki Dashboard features to the Cisco Catalyst family. You will build and operate scalable backend systems, lead technical project work, and improve the reliability of networking software.
What you'll do
- Build scalable distributed solutions for dashboard features
- Add tests, telemetry, and alerting to improve system reliability
- Own software changes from conception through production release
- Define project milestones and metrics based on business needs
- Resolve software defects, networking issues, and customer-reported problems
