About the role

What you'll do

Define and maintain the HR solution architecture blueprint
Govern HR application portfolio factsheets and data flows in LeanIX
Architect integrations across SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, COMPAS and SAP HCM
Design GenAI, RAG and RPA solutions for HR operations
Lead architecture reviews, design specifications and technical proofs of concept
Partner with product owners and delivery teams to advance HR roadmaps
