About the role
Mensa Brands sources and develops home furnishing, décor and lifestyle products through supplier partnerships. The Sourcing Executive will identify and onboard suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, optimize costs and coordinate procurement, quality and delivery.
What you'll do
- Identify, assess and onboard domestic and international suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities and lead times
- Coordinate product sampling, quality approvals and corrective actions
- Track supplier performance, market trends and sourcing costs
- Coordinate procurement and inventory availability with planning and supply chain teams
- Maintain supplier compliance, contracts and sourcing records
