• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Make initial candidate calls and follow up through the hiring process
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate interview details
• Screen resumes and update candidate trackers and recruitment reports
• Post job openings and maintain candidate databases
