About the role
Mensa Brands’ Legal, IP & Policy team handles corporate legal operations, intellectual property administration and policy work. The intern will organize legal records, research legal topics and track legal initiatives and project milestones.
What you'll do
- Organize legal repositories, IP filings, contract archives and policy databases
- Maintain trackers for contracts, policy updates and ongoing cases
- Update legal templates, standard operating procedures and policy documents
- Research legal, regulatory, intellectual property and policy topics
- Break legal initiatives into tasks and monitor milestones and deadlines
