About the role
Prudential provides financial protection and related services. The PMO Specialist will support governance, planning, reporting, and delivery oversight for strategic programs within VCC.
What you'll do
- Establish governance and reporting frameworks for VCC
- Maintain PMO frameworks, templates, and processes
- Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support demand intake and resource planning
- Facilitate governance meetings and prepare progress reports
- Monitor PMO standards and support audits and reviews
